We do our best to ensure all items listed are available.
Ordered items that are unavailable will be refunded.
All items are new and unopened in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Information:

Packages are shipped with either Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or Parcelforce
Our Shipping Charges are determined by weight.
Orders are shipped in approximately 3 business days from payment, not including Mondays.
Delivery time is estimated at 3-10 business days, which is dependent on the shipping carrier.
All shipments will be marked with the full purchase price and be indicated as Merchandise.
International buyers are responsible for the customs fees or taxes of their country.
Insurance is included.

Orders from Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland are subject to HST
Orders from Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are subject to GST.

Please ensure your PayPal account has a confirmed address and is verified.

To pay by Money Order please send an email to orders@eplanetx.net with the items you wish to purchase, and your shipping address.
We will respond with an invoice and instructions for mailing the Money Order.
When paying by Money Order we guarantee the item's price and availability for 10 business days from the date the invoice is sent.

Returns:

A refund or exchange will be given to damaged items.
Non Mint packaging does not count as damaged.
The refund will be for the damaged item amount plus any applicable taxes.
The shipping charges are not refundable.
Items must be returned before the exchange piece is sent out.
Return claims must be submitted within 3 days from the date the order was delivered.
We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase.
We will not accept a return on an open packaged item.
Returned items which we deem have superficial imperfections will receive a refund only.
Planet X is not responsible for any item's paint job, sculpting, and/or superficial imperfections in the packaging.
If the order received is incorrect then we will correct the situation. Please contact us for further instruction.
